So far I like this cooler backpack. I plan to take it to work every day. I'm a train driver and wanted something big enough to carry my lunch and still have room for other gadgets like my tablet, phone, charging cables, batteries etc. It has plenty of space and zip pockets. Can't rate the quality yet as I haven't used it at work. But I've loaded it up with all my goodies I need, and there's plenty of room for lunch and snacks to get through a 12-hour workday. It seems well built. I recommend this to everyone.
