It's easy for customers to order tickets with this software because of its user friendly features that are available in front end as well back office.

This ticket management system has got everything you need from booking of events to sales reports etc.. I don't have anything dislike about it so far but if someone want more functionalities they can always upgrade their account or subscribe extra products like Event Manager which will give them lot additional things (like managing customer profile). We use intelliticket for our event bookings.
