As others have pointed out, the instructions are in Korean, but this is a setting spray. you squirt That's all. I was a little concerned that this would make my face oily and sweaty rather than "wet," but it didn't really happen. It feels slightly tacky when first applied and then dries to a smooth, lightweight wet finish. Outstanding durability. I have to wear a mask 12+ hours a day so I really put a lot of makeup on just the lower part of my face but all the makeup stays on my face and not the mask.
