I would highly recommend this product, it has changed my life. Nothing I had tried before worked and I was so overwhelmed with acne. I am a 32 year old male and very athletic. I've had problems with hair folliculitis because I'm hairy and wear tight clothes, so my thighs were full of pimples. After I started using this soap everything cleared up and my skin looks amazing. I've been buying a 25-ounce bottle for a while, but buying a gallon and always filling a smaller one will save you in the long run. I also mix with water in a 90/10 ratio; Adding 10 percent water to a smaller container will help the lather for optimal coverage. My family shares an Amazon account hence the nickname.
