I really wanted to like this product. I've usually had good success with VTech, but this was a real disappointment. The biggest problem was how loud the damn thing was. Unfortunately, there are no volume controls, so this thing rumbled to the point where few people started avoiding it or discarding it to stop making noise. Another disadvantage is the poor suction power. Even adding a little moisture to the suction cup, our toddler could easily knock it to the ground. The last problem was the lack of variety in the music/sounds. No matter what you did, the same sound effects seemed to repeat themselves. We sent it back because it was a waste of money and a test of nerves.
