Very happy with this purchase. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The size is very good for traveling. It includes a heat-resistant case that will come in very handy. It heats up quickly, but there's no temperature dial. The curling iron works very well and switching to the straightener is quick and easy. It came with accessories including a pair of gloves and two bobby pins. Good product. I'm glad I bought it. Fits in a suitcase much better than the full sized curling iron I usually carry with me.
