I was deceived! The product does not correspond to the description at all.

Below I will try to describe my opinion about the product Logitech Performance Scrolling Customizable Bluetooth. I was looking forward to the ate, but it was not worth it, believe me. Let's start with the fact that the third version turned out to be unstable (maybe this is a manufacturing defect and it happens, but there is a possibility that this is just a manufacturer's flaw). If this was the only jamb, then I would forgive it, but the lack of a normal service, poor support that does not answer the case and once a day, or even once a week, does not add points.

Pros

compare with mx anywhere 2 1. lighter 2. charging via usb type c - there are simply more such laces;) 3. the wheel has become a bit nicer and smarter 4. it doesn’t even work on glass (although the second version worked, but it’s a bit worse)

Cons

a couple of months later, maybe after ating windows 10, or maybe not, but the mouse began to disconnect from bluetooth, and no patterns were noticed (the mx anywhere 2 mouse has been working stably for several years). after reconnecting, mx anywhere 3 may work for a day or a couple of minutes and disappear again. the button for switching the device also stopped working it can arbitrarily change the device number, but what it depends on remains a mystery. correspondence with the support service did not lead to anything (talking like with patients, they answer at best once a day and give advice by type: replace batteries or connect via usb), in the end they said write to the store they will take it for a test and if they confirm they will replace it, there are no official service centers. the battery runs out in a couple of weeks, while the mx anywhere 2 lasts two to three months.
