Great for blood circulation and stress relief.

I love this little tool. My physical therapist uses something similar to relieve scar tissue and muscle tension. I suffer from TMJ strain and love this little baby. I use it on my neck and other small areas when I feel tension. 1 negative - it only came in a small bubble bag, no box or bag to store or carry. It would be perfect.
