I like how it is easy for everyone in my team or department can access all information from any location without having an IT support person there every time they want a report that will help them make money! It's not really user-friendly when you first log into your account; however after some training we got used to using this software very quickly.
We had challenges keeping track of our sales leads because sometimes it was difficult sorting through which lead belonged where once certain criteria are checked off for different fields (such as address). Also if someone else makes changes at the same moment another member has already made those edits then whoever logs back later than who did earlier won't see the newer version unless he/she goes directly under his username instead of clicking edit next to what s/he wants changed. This helps keep us organized so no one knows whats.
