Received epically wrong product

I ordered two of these and received two vegetable spiralizers instead. Now they want me to send back the vegetable spiralizers to receive what I actually ordered. A lot of effort for something that is not my fault and my dogs find the spiralizers very uncomfortable.

I received exactly what I expected.

Cons

The bed's size may not be suitable for larger dog breeds, leaving them cramped and uncomfortable

This is not a thick padded bed. That’s not what was needed for my small dog. Easy to wash , has a nice edge for her head. Water resistant on the bottom for senior dog accidents. I ordered another just because of the wash and dry feature. She seems to be happy with it.

Good insert for a medium sized crate. fairly thick and I like that it has two different textured sides to it.
