It's a sweet little whipped cream dispenser. Emphasis on little. Not the sellers fault but my own. I was in a hurry when ordering and I didn't notice I was ordering the half pint so that means I'll be wasting a lot of my n02 cartridges. Oh well live and learn. So let my mistake be your learning experience. This one holds 1 cup of cream and creates 2 to 3 pints of whipped cream, the n02 cartridges create 1 liter of cream. oops. It still beats getting out the mixer and freezing the bowl and beaters to create a bit of whipped cream. I looked and didn't find smaller cartridges. Also this comes with 2 pdf books if you don't get yours in your email after ordering send the seller a message they will get it to you. Mine was bounced back to them for some reason. It's full of recipes. stuff I never even thought of. Nutella in the dispenser? And you can create things called Foams looks like you can create savory things with it, who knew? I just skimmed through looking for basic whipped cream to go on pumpkin pie. BTW in this dispenser it's 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 TBSP powdered sugar. I love it but I might order a bigger one in the future.
