UPDATE ON MY FIRST REVIEW: Yesterday I received a defective item with the swivel ball joint not working properly. I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly and resolved the situation. They not only emailed me but also called me to try to fix the problem. They replaced the item free of charge and sent it via Priority UPS. I received it today. This stand is perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. It is durable and stable. I know I will really need this for my 9.7" iPad Pro. I am also very happy with the responsive customer service I received and would highly recommend buying from this company. The thing fell apart on me as soon as I tried to screw the mount in. The swivel mechanism doesn't work properly. As soon as I tried to screw the mount in, the ball joint mechanism fell apart. There were no instructions and it took me a while to to figure out how to put it back together. But I still don't know how to put on the fallen plastic things. Shouldn't they stay to keep it more stable? There were no instructions. The 360 degree mechanism keeps rotating and is very insta bil. I can't hold my iPad in either landscape or portrait mode because it keeps spinning. Also, my iPad fell out. I was very lucky that he landed on the carpet and didn't fall. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
