I like how easy it was for me as my customer service rep (Sr Account Manager)to navigate through to access all of our information which included billing/claims data analysis from years prior! We had limited training but were able use this software with ease once we got used to navigating around everything!! Not much at first glance however if you are looking into getting more specific info about your clients then definitely look further into their product or services because they have some great tools available within ALLAY Insights that will benefit any client's experience. Nothing really since its so new still being implemented by us currently just try out different options & see what benefits each one provides best fit w uo r needs. !
