I have been training for about 2 years and have tried various products and this one has not disappointed me, this brand is amazing so far I have been trying Dextrose both pre and pre workout workout and that's amazing. When I first used it at the gym I noticed an energy boost, note I used it as an internal drink with BCAA. An amazing combination.
