I have a 23" waist and was skeptical about ordering this and of course it was too big. But luckily I managed to reduce it. If you remove the clip from the end (it's easy to bend with your fingers), simply move it to where it suits you and reattach. You may have to hide something behind the gold bar, but it's worth it if it fits! You can also trim the end off with wire cutters or similar, but I didn't do that for fear of stretching it too much or breaking it more than I intended. I made this with two straps bought from Amazon, both were made of the same material. So if you can find another one made of the same material, you can probably do the same with it!
