The documentation isn't very clear when we are new to this product, but after doing some research, I found out that it's mainly because of my lack of knowledge. Apart from that, everything was great! Go through tutorials provided by them and then start coding your own apps. You will see how helpful their support team can be as well. We were able to build scalable services within few days and this helped us reduce time spent by developers while they work on API development.
