I was eager to try Ninthseason's goods because I take great care in keeping my home neat and tidy. My dealings with this company were quite disappointing. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, and the vacuum parts and accessories I received did not work with my vacuum. What's more, the things I did get were of poor quality and immediately broke. If you're looking for dependable and effective home cleaning solutions, I wouldn't suggest Ninthseason.
