Usually good luck with Star Tech, but not this time.

It is very easy to get a return and I am grateful for that. The device just stopped working after a few uses without warning. I'm usually very happy with Star Tech and have never had a problem before this unit. I would still buy Star Tech equipment as I think they make high quality products.
