Review on MerchantSpring by Jeff Bridgewater

I like how easy it is to use. It has so many features to help me analyze my business. All the reports are helpful to see where problems may be occurring or opportunities for growth. The only thing about this program is that sometimes when there's too much going on at once (like during peak hours) some orders do not get processed as quickly/easily. This happened most recently while working with our agency partner. Overall though, I can't think of anything bad! We have been able to track everything from customer trends to profit margins.
