A must have if you have a wood fired Bertello pizza oven! Raises this temp quickly, just make sure you turn it off after it preheats your oven first or burns your pizza! Lowering the temperature to medium-low keeps the temperature in the kiln between 400Β° and 450Β°. Definitely a nice extra for bertello!
