Review on Leviton 5661 I Industrial Receptacle Grounding by Justin Parker

This receptacle is a complete waste of time and money. It caused me nothing but headaches and frustration when trying to wire it into my Industrial, Scientific equipment .The receptacle was poorly designed and the wiring instructions were difficult to understand. The only pro is that it is cheap but you get what you pay for. The biggest con is that it is not reliable and can cause serious problems if not wired correctly. I do not recommend this product to anyone in the Industrial and Scientific field..
