I bought this as a present for my mother from the children. It's very quirky and timeless, I think she'll love it. Excellent workmanship, the base has an educational feel and weight, and the dome is glass. Again, I love this as a gift for grandma or even mom of kids.

This product came in a very nice presentation box, no wrapping required. The quality seems solid between the ebony base and the glass dome. Its height is about 8.5 inches and the width of the base is about 4.25 inches. I would have preferred the batteries required to be included (very minor complaint) but installing 3 AAA batteries is easy, no tools required. I thought this product would be a great decoration for my desk but it's even better than I expected. It is pre-assembled and only requires 3 AAA batteries. This is a very beautiful foil flower in a glass dome encased in a garland and the garland gives off a very beautiful golden glow. The light randomly hits the wall from the flower petals, reminding me of going to a theme park at night. If you know someone who loves flowers, lights and desktop decorations, maybe they will love this!
