Review on Pro Ject X1WAL X1 Turntable Walnut by Joe Gosa

The Pro-ject X1 is beautiful both visually and sonically. I've never heard such dynamics from my speaker system before this player. This is my first turntable and setup was easy. The instructions are a little unclear, but watch a YouTube video or two and you'll be done. The seller is excellent. They were quick and polite to resolve the issue when I contacted them. You can't go wrong with this player! The installed Sumiko Rainier sounds pretty good, it has impressive bass response while still eliciting plenty of mid and high-frequency detail and creating a noticeable stage. Also, the upgrades are easy, I know I have my eye on moonstone or even amethyst (if I'm lucky) at some point in the future. But actually there is no need to update. I need better speakers before upgrading my stylus. Overall great seller and great product. I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the price, but you get what you pay for (in this case I'd say you get more than you pay for). I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Worth every penny!
