This system is grossly overpriced for a 4 stage drinking water filtration system but I thought the 3900 gallon filter capacity and estimated RO membrane life of 3-5 years was worth the money but that was false advertising let's explain it to me We take 5 gallons a day out of this reverse osmosis system and this has always been our daily use, even before we had a reverse osmosis system the water tasted like hard water after LESS than 10 months of installation, the problem was partially resolved by replacing For the RO- Membrane I purchased a USA made replacement membrane from Amazon for less than half the price and with incredibly amazing water savings compared to what the HOME MASTER has to offer. Multiply 5 gallons by 300 days (10 months) and that's 1500 gallons. 1500 gallons is a far cry from what HOME MASTER claims this filter can do, 1500 gallons before this system needs a $75 reverse osmosis membrane replacement when a membrane filter with an estimated lifespan of 3-5 years is not a year can hold. , I'm willing to bet that the other 3 filters with an expected lifespan of one year are exhausted as well, but I'm not going to reward this company's lies by buying them at an inflated $71 for 3 filters that don't even last last a year. Before you blame my water supply, I have municipal water. The construction is substandard, the price is too high and there is no durability. Don't ever buy this thing, it's not worth the money - that's a gross understatement. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision.
