I have a Uniden phone system with nine cordless phones. There seems to be a lot of telephones, but I find it beneficial to have a telephone in each room connected to the same PBX. I've had the phones for over four years now and several of the phones have had their batteries fail, although the original batteries lasted over three years before failing. Since my phone system is still working fine and even losing a few phones can still satisfy my needs, I felt replacing the batteries was a better option than buying a new phone system, which would cost me at least $100 for at least six handsets an inexpensive system. I like the built in auto responder which makes it available from any phone. These batteries are just over $4 each and if you go to the store you'll pay double or triple that for a standard replacement battery and you have no idea how many years that battery has been idle. Although these batteries had been in stock for two years, I felt the price was worth the risk. I need another battery or two. I replaced the battery which I initially thought was working but the phone is rarely used. The batteries arrived within the desired delivery time, two days with my basic membership and free shipping. These items cannot be damaged in transit, however they were sent in a box that would probably fit two hardcover books and that did not contain any filler material (bags filled with air) which resulted in the batteries flying around in the box. They are wrapped in a plastic sleeve with a barcode and number printed on it. But the label on the battery can easily be seen through the plastic wrap. There aren't really any instructions required to install these batteries, so I don't see the need to spend extra packaging on them. I haven't had time to fully utilize these batteries, but the picture on the Revain shows an 800mAh capacity. Battery, but all six of mine had a label indicating a 900mah battery. This should be a good thing, as it should provide more dock-free time and phone talk time. This makes it an even better deal as I believe most Uniden phone replacement batteries are in the 700-800mAh range. As for higher capacity batteries and price, although I don't know if the batteries last well, I feel it. deserves five stars. If I find any issues within the first six months of use, I'll revise my rating and review. So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
