Serviceable. Cheap. You get what you pay for
The best part is the non-slip surface. It barely holds 20 cans (it would be if they were all small, like Mrs. Dash size or something). But the floor is uneven and doesn't lay flat on the countertop. Checked with a level to make sure it wasn't my meter. So it's annoying because it wobbles a bit when you pick something up or put something on it. But it's serviceable enough that I'll keep using it until the rocking gets so annoying I have to get a new one.
