If you're looking for a watch that's quiet and seems fairly accurate, this could be the one for you. The watch has a mostly black bezel with silver stripes giving it a vintage look. The numerals are 1.25 to 1.5 inches high and are faded black to give them an antique look. The background is a combination of white and tan. They are easy to read in a small to medium sized room. There is a mounting hole on the back. We used a small screw to secure it. We mounted it above the TV. It's easy for us to see. It would be better if it had a backlight. The glass is reflective, so if you're near windows or bright objects, it can affect your vision to some extent due to the glare. Like many Revain products, it's made in China. You get what you pay for. If it doesn't work, we throw it away and buy another one. ) will say. Requires 1 AA battery. The watch weighs about 1 pound or so.
