This is a cute boho oversized dress! Roomy enough for hot summers, capes for the beach etc. I ordered size XL, my usual size range is 14-16 and it was just enough to create the look I wanted. "Mostly" Opaque - I wear matching bike shorts and a cotton tank top (or swimsuit!) underneath. Nice tight fabric patterns also help with opacity. I'm 5ft 7in and it only comes to the top of my knee. I love the big saggy front pockets! The description doesn't mention that the high waist has a little elastic in the back, which is actually very nice. The only thing I would like to change about this dress is that there needs to be another button at the hem because the opening in the dress I received is at least 4 inches high which is a bit more skin than some might want to show off (besides the beach of course!) - I will add a small metal clasp to the bottom of the dress - it should match the pattern. Care instructions for this dress: Machine wash cold / rinse cold. If you don't want serious wrinkles, shake the dress straight out of the washing machine, then hang to air dry. Tumble drying at high temperature will shrink this fabric! Not much, but something to keep in mind. Even if you want a neater look, this dress irons well.
