This kit was my introduction to whitening strips and has worked wonders for me. It has made my teeth a shade or two whiter. As there are only 10 pairs of strips in this set I used the first one according to the recommended instructions, then I found that my crowns are quite sensitive to it so I cut all 9 remaining pairs of strips in two and glued them onto the tooth. the outer surface of my teeth to avoid sensitive areas, which gave me the opportunity to use 18 pairs of strips. After using them with light they have successfully illuminated my smile and I am very satisfied.
