Just received today. It's hard to surprise me because I've tried many so-called stain removers in the past, especially carpet stain removers. But this stuff is so wonderful it made me scream. I used it for stains on my carpet. You know. the ones you walk past for days or weeks but never want to start the cleaning process because it's labor intensive and doesn't usually work out anyway? And you think you'd just rent it to do it in one fell swoop to save yourself the hassle and frustration? ? Well, it actually WORKS. It must be the corner of the enzymes. You spray it on, leave it on for 5 minutes and then go back and blot it off. Remember where you sprayed it because my stains magically disappeared from almost every spot I tried it on and I had to fumble around to see where it was actually wet before I could get it wet . Some were oil stains from bathroom facials and some were wine stains. And some I have no idea what they were. I used to make a living cleaning houses and I wish I had known it years ago. Can't wait to find more places tomorrow. And trust me, I know it sounds crazy. ABSOLUTE MAGIC, I SWEAR. It's so easy, you'll be amazed. I've never been so excited about removing carpet stains. You really can't lose. I don't have any pets myself, but I will buy some for my daughter because she has three dogs. She will probably use it more than me.
