That helped a lot. When I bought my new modular helmet, the standard speakers on my Sena SMH5 made my ears pinch a lot. They are thinner and smaller. See attached images for comparison to the standard. I don't notice any difference in sound at all. They come with large pads and velcro strips, but no microphone. One interesting thing, the clip that secures the cable to the bluetooth unit doesn't come with this one and the old one doesn't attach to it. It's hard to describe, you'll know what I mean when you buy it, but whatever - it's still a secure fit.
