Last Thursday I sneezed and since then my world has gotten smaller and more painful. What a nightmare. Before I got this I was wearing a belt and a first class bandage and it was hard to get that kind of pain and the bandage wasn't holding in place. So I put it on! sweet paradise! It's made for what you need it for. Stop where you need support. I'm going to wear a back brace too, but it's damn good. I'm sorry you're in pain. Oh, it's pretty bulky. Not terrible, but not streamlined like a belt either.
