For more than 15 years they have been using the products of another manufacturer (a real leader, and not as XP PEN writes about himself), but then I decided to try to take this product, because price-quality foreshadowed a balance. Having a different negative experience with a driver from another manufacturer, I thought that it was they who were bad at making drivers and support. BUT no, XP PEN just breaks the bottom here. And it's not even that they can ban you for simple questions in the official social media, or a driver that constantly falls off on EVERY reboot. And the fact that everyone knows, including the manufacturer, problems - they are corrected for a critically long time, or they are not corrected at all. A recent example is ZBrush 2022 - your XP Pen 24 pro won't work there. The official answer from June 2022 is to set the tablet as the main screen - then you can work. Since then, this (one of) the problems has not been solved. I forgot to add - remember, when you start installing the drivers for this device from the site - all applications that are somehow related to work (ZBrush, PureRef, even MarvelousDesigner) will be forcibly terminated by the installer, i. E. they will not even ask you whether to save open projects, they will simply close. Thanks XP PEN that decides for me when, what and how to close.
