The quality of the shoes is good. However, I tried it for the first time today after changing at the hospital because I knew it would fit and be comfortable as I have 3 other cortes of the same size, although it was tight and uncomfortable. It's very worn and seems hard that I couldn't walk properly in. I would have sent them back if I had known this was the case. All my other Cortes I've bought are the same size and feel except this one. I do not know why. I'm literally disappointed knowing I wasted my money
