Review on SICSTOCK by Ryan Hart

As a Product Manager, my interactions with SICSTOCK's web shop were less than satisfying. While they have a wide variety of industrial and scientific supplies, the general quality of their online store leaves a lot to be desired. The website's user interface is old and clunky, making it hard for me to locate the items I was looking for. In addition to being slow and complicated, the checkout procedure was plagued by error messages. Customer service got back to me quickly, but they weren't very useful in fixing the website's problems. When compared to other internet retailers selling identical items, I thought the prices were a bit steep as well. As a whole, SICSTOCK's online shop is not one I feel comfortable recommending to others. They may have good products, but their website is poorly designed, and the checkout procedure is difficult.
