I echo most of the other reviews about the great sound quality, excellent battery life, immensely useful battery indicator, and comfortable fit. However, I've run into multiple issues:1. Terrible Bluetooth range. As a basis for comparison, I have a $25 pair of headphones that have about twice the effective range connected to the same laptop. The Aiwa start flaking out when I go into he next room.----------------Update----------------I followed the following instructions from Aiwa support. That did seem to solve exceptionally short Bluetooth range, but it is still about 25% shorter than my other headphones connected to the same laptop. I’ll need to test further to see if this also fixes the sound stuttering issue.----In the pairing mode, double press the power button. The system will clean up all Bluetooth connection data and get back to the factory default value.Next, plug the Arc-1 to 5V power input. and fully charge the headphones.----------------2. Stuttering sound. For some reason the music starts to get all garbled after about 30 - 60 minutes of playback. I have never had this issue with any other set of Bluetooth headphones connected to the same laptop.3. AptX LL doesn't seem to work. This is one of the main reasons I got these. I even got a dedicated Bluetooth transmitter that displays what Bluetooth codec is being used. The Aiwa connect using AptX but not AptX LL.4. Lack of support. I used the support contact form on the Aiwa web site to get support. It's been a week with no response.----------------Update----------------Aiwa support did reach out to me. They said they had sent me an email using the info@aiwa.us.com address. I've checked my spam and junk-mail folders, but haven't seen the email. We're going through some troubleshooting steps now. I will update this review with the results. In the meantime, if you have issues with the device, your best bet to attract support may be to leave a review on Walmart.----------------Ultimately I did return these. They were good, but I noticed that after a few hours of continuous use they pinched my ears too much. These aren't the only headphones that many people reported as comfortable to do this , so it is probably some weird shape to my ears. I got the Plantronics Bat Beat Pro 2. I prefer the sound of the Aiwa a bit more, but the Pantronics are more comfortable for long duration of usage - 6-10 hours. Also the Plantronics' Bluetooth range is noticeably better. Conclusion: if you don't have oddly shaped ears like I do and prefer clean sound, give these a try.
