I know this is a cheap bag but I used it ONCE and the zipper broke and was lost. Normally I would just sort it out, but I couldn't decompress it. Since the zipper cut into the fabric and rubbed it off as I fastened it, no awkward jerking could move it. It was so stuck that a safety pin inserted into the zipper loop couldn't even move it to unzip. I ended up having to take some pliers to open it (which was still difficult). 2 stars because I really like the design and it is otherwise very well made.
