UPDATE: Cover Quality

UPDATE:Since writing my original review, the company initiated correspondence to rectify the issue with the zipper. I will say, I was amazed that a company would initiate resolving a problem.I believe the issue with the zipper was a one-off and is not a reflection on the company's product quality.Exceptional customer service!ORIGINAL REVIEW:The zipper broke as soon as I attempted to zip the cover. Very disappointing 😞

Does thr trick but.

If your dog is towards the higher weight range of what this allows it needs to be braced or it will wobble and that will freak your dog out.My dog will use it if I tell her to, otherwise she will ignore it. She'll jump over it when getting off the couch which is exactly what I don't want her to do.Overall it's very good for smaller dogs (I'd say 25 pounds and under) years but not so great for above that.

Steps for 11 year old Boston Terrier

I was afraid she wouldn’t use the steps. She will go down them, which is great because now she isn’t hurting herself jumping off the furniture. She is hesitant to go up them, still wants to jump up. This product is great, she used it without any training.Only issue was I ordered blue and they sent black.I also bought a grey one.

Density Topmart Dog Ramp

Love this ramp. My Boston Terrier can go right onto my bed any time she likes. It is light weight and be moved easily any place that makes her comfortable.

Disappointed. Could be a great product, but it doesn’t last very long at all.

When I received this delivery initially, the cover was missing. Only the foam was in the package. After contacting Revain, I was sent a cover the next day; no problem.The ramp itself was great…initially. Lightweight & sturdy, and the "stairs + ramp shape” was exactly what I was looking for.However, when I took the cover off to wash it…after only a few weeks of pretty minimal use, TBH…The foam had turned yellow & totally discolored! Very Nice Product in my review

I ordered these steps because my 10 pound dog has developed neck and back problems.Not allowed to jump anymore he needs these.He always liked to just off the couch and chair like he was playing playing king of the mountain.He's on meds that relax his muscles and another for pain.So for now he goes up the steps and down only if we bribe him.I suggest if you want to get steps for your pet for any reason start and continue training him to go up and down until he does it out of habit.Materials are…

Perfect for my tiny chihuahua with bad knees.

We replaced a small set of foam steps with this ramp/ stairs. We first bought a collapsible ramp but the dog is afraid of it. With these she has no qualms at all. Just runs right up. They do take up a bit of space ( 33”L,15.5” W, 16” H) but it’s necessary to provide the right angle for the ramp. Excellent for short older dogs

These steps provide easy access to the couch for my older Corgi. She used to jump up and then walk down two firm plastic steps, but recently hesitated to go down those steps. Ordered the Topmart High Density extended foam ramp and now she easily gets up and down from the couch.

God Send for A Dog with a Back Injury

We were looking for a way to help our injured dog still be able to get on the couch - THIS WORKED OUT GREAT! The foam is sturdy and the fabric has traction for no slipping. Our dog quickly acclimated to this step/ramp, recovered from his injury, and still uses to help decrease the potential for another injury. Would buy again.

Great Investment for my opinion

My old little boy does so much better with this ramp than the stairs we previously purchased. He is a toy poodle and is 14 years old. It takes up more space than the stairs, but worth it for his comfort and safety.

Nice but has hard to clean cover

My small dog loves to use the ramp in fact we bought two. He feels very empowered using them. Do not plan on removing the cover to wash because you will be hard-pressed to get it back on. Plan to wash it using a steam cleaner or just doing it by hand. By the way put the cover on as soon as you can after opening it because the actual stairs will expand in the cover over several hours.

Bought this to make life easier for my chihuahua who is 17. That's my review. True to measurements. My bed is low which makes it a great buy

Overpriced hunk of foam

I really wanted my Chihuahua to like this, especially since he has lost his vision in one eye and is no longer able to get onto the bed. However, for a little dog, this long piece of foam looked very steep and he would not even step foot on it when I put some treats on it to coax him along. I know this will work for lots of pets, but it does not work for Harley. I sent it back.
