UPDATE: Cover Quality

UPDATE:Since writing my original review, the company initiated correspondence to rectify the issue with the zipper.
I will say, I was amazed that a company would initiate resolving a problem.I believe the issue with the zipper was a one-off and is not a reflection on the company's product quality.Exceptional customer service!ORIGINAL REVIEW:The zipper broke as soon as I attempted to zip the cover. Very disappointing 😞

Pros

Dog will use it to get up and down couch and she would never want to use plastic stairs

Cons

Expensive compared to other dog steps/ramps
