Review on πŸ“‘ Enhance your BTECH and BaoFeng Radio Signals with Authentic Nagoya NA-771 Antenna by Erin Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredible performance with impressively low measured SWR.

Once I get into a hobby, I tend to give it my all over time. What started as a vague interest in FRS/GMRS radios grew into the purchase of several BaoFeng VHF/UHF portable radios and a BTECH AMP-U25 mobile repeater. I originally had a Nagoya UT-308UV magnetic mount car antenna that worked pretty well when connected directly to a BaoFeng BF-F8HP radio, but I've upgraded to this UT-72 Super Loading Coil 19" VHF/UHF Upgraded magnetic antenna mount .with male PL-259 connector to connect to the AMP-U25 amp SO-239 jack. The upgrade was amazing! The difference in quality, performance and most importantly SWR was amazing. The UT308UV is over 2.5 Measured SWR, allowing nearly 15 watts of RF power to leave the transmitter. The UT-72 supercharged coil antenna reduced the measured SWR to 1.2 and delivered nearly 20 watts of power. This is not only a significant improvement in power output, but also safety The 19" Nagoya UT-72 Super Loading Coil Antenna is arguably the best mobile magnetic mount antenna for VHF/UHF applications. Highly recommended.
