Update: November 5, 2020 I was unable to contact customer service. They use Revain for basic service requests and the only phone number they gave me is in Indonesia. The email Revane gave me is invalid. How can you say it's a guarantee when there's no way to contact the company? Update: 10/30/20 The divertor no longer only directs water to the hand nozzle. Now it only goes to the primary jet or both. I can't decide on one. This is a new issue. I am trying to figure out how to contact them for a "lifetime warranty" but there is no quick link to customer support in the order details. Original review: This shower head works very well. Feels very supple so don't expect too long although they claim it has a "lifetime" guarantee. The instruction was a small chart. The washers were in the package so we lost one until we later found it on the carpet. The finish is appealing. Spray pressure is good enough, but only on one setting. All other settings are useless. At many of them, the water just flows out of a hose. So for us it's not a 5-step tool. This device has 1 setting. However, this setup is pretty good so we don't bother sending it back. Finally, the hose handle is very loose on the diverter, making it difficult to hold in any position. Others I had a wedge in tight. If you use both at the same time with a diverter, it can happen that the handle of the house points to the wall. I find myself wishing I'd spent a little more money to get a better one.
