The center drawer slides looked like they were set 3-4mm higher which caused the drawers to be misaligned and appear crooked. Edit: I changed my rating to 5 stars. That's a good stretch. I didn't need a fill bar or move the brackets around. Taking a closer look at the misaligned drawers, I noticed that the center piece of wood that the drawer slides were attached to had lifted about 15 mils in the back and 4 mils in the front, as if it had been stepped on. The pinnails were bent and hammered out of the wood. I pushed the center piece back where it should be and reattached it with pins. The boxes are now nicely even. Upon closer inspection of the box, it turned out that it was stepped on right in the middle. You can't blame the seller for that. This can happen at any time during shipping or delivery. Overall the table is pretty and easy to assemble. Just follow the instructions and pay attention to how the bottom shelf goes. You could scratch the finish if you don't. It may be wise to have an extra hand for this. If you're assembling furniture like this, do yourself a favor and invest in a quality set of T-handle metric allen wrenches. You'll feel better and your joints will thank you. Also no King Kong screws. Take your time. This isn't a race. This is your furniture. Do not overtighten the hardware. Also, the beautiful cherry colored finish goes well with my other furniture. Looks great. The wood is real and the detail is solid. It would be easy to give 5 stars if the drawer slides were adjusted straight. I had a few small stains on the wood but nothing to worry about.
