I've used about half a roll so far. At the moment I'm only using it for gigabit, but it's running at full speed as I tested the cable speed with iperf and it's very close to the expected maximum of the cable. The difference between the max and what I got was due to my computer/NIC hardware and driver as another shorter shop had bought 6a cables which were the exact same speed. When it comes to shielding, I have a combined cable tester and cable tracker. I plug one of these two devices into the keystone jack I just plugged in, and then plug the other device into the other end of the cable and I want it to know exactly which cable (in a bundle) I'm plugging in. Because the shielding is so good that the tool doesn't work properly I have to point it at the end of the wires where I cut it to make it beep, so obviously the shielding is working really well. When I use this tool on a UTP 5e type cable, it starts ringing before it even touches the middle of the cable, but on this shielded 6a cable it's really hard to tell. The only downside is the thickness of the cable, but if you're up for that, it's not too bad.
