Due to mixed reviews my fiancee ordered this a size 24 (she is 22/24), sleeves fit perfectly, length below the knee is perfect, she is 5 feet 7 inches tall. The only problem was that her breasts made her a little uncomfortable. She is very busty so all the girls showed it. As I was a big fan it's not that great so we have to sew it up to make it comfortable. And dealing with rubber things that fold strangely. She likes the pockets and has been given a petticoat as recommended for underwear. She plans to wear this to our fall ceremony and I can't wait to have pictures of her on our wall forever.
