I'm 5'7" and support my weight on my chest and abdomen. I wear pants 44D/42DD and a size 16. Based on the sizing chart and the fact that I'm getting bigger and bigger in swimwear, I chose 18W and it fits my two hard-to-reach spots comfortably. I liked my first one so much that I bought a second one because you can't beat it, especially for the price! The straps are adjustable and once adjusted I had good chest support. The bottom fits comfortably and covers stomach, thighs and buttocks well. I feel protected without feeling sloppy and I can easily spend all day at the beach in this suit!
