Today's Sperry boot isn't the same quality as it used to be. I have had Sperrys for over 40 years. I ordered sea fish boat shoes to go on trips. I wore them for weeks to break them, couldn't do it. One boot had a leather bulge in the heel area that damaged the heel. I bought the same size as they were to be replaced but felt uncomfortable. I spent $100 on her. The quality isn't the same as previous Sperry's. They feel more like "skin" than leather. such a shame. They were smaller than the previous pair. The laces were shorter than the previous one. aatn: sperry, did you find a new manufacturer? they suck. these are of poor quality.
