Working, decent metal, the kit is fine. I would recommend for the price but they have some issues. Firstly one of the rods was slightly bent, a few hammer hits and it was tight, and secondly the tool provided is of course nonsense, is 16 euros but a waste of material because it bends after tightening the first nut. I agree too, Allen wrench, well it's an Allen wrench, you can't screw it up. But I'm consistent with the screw tool, the fastening screw requires a Phillips screwdriver. It would be better if everything was with an Allen key. Now I have an issue where I had to use some washers to get them to fit snugly. This is to be expected on a universal stand BUT it should come with them, throw away the wrench and use that part of the budget to turn the washer off the spacer. Now none of these reasons are why I am giving it 3 stars, the reason mine was a used item hence the slightly bent rod, its scuff marks on the TV brackets match the screws. So I'm giving two stars because the item was sold to me as new but it was used. Was it ugly, no, not beyond normal wear and tear, and it's hard to be mad at the price like that, it's $16 apiece. loud and standing is not bad in itself.
