Maybe we just got a bad one.

The cartridge is leaking so we either have stains on everything that comes out of the printer or we have to keep taking it out of the machine to seal it and the inside of the machine to clean. . Maybe we just got a bad one. If it didn't leak it would be fine. UPDATE: The manufacturer was very kind and sent a replacement cartridge and a return label for the leaking cartridge. The new cartridge works very well. Prints cleanly with no smudges.
