My first and only purchase of this item. Unfortunately, it leaked so badly from the packaging that I had no intention of loading it into my printer. Based on other leaked reviews I don't think I would want to take the time to try this brand again.

This product was the worst I have ever bought online. I advise everyone to buy branded mascara. He continued to print all black documents. Then when I bought the brand it worked great.

I have been using your cartridges for several of my New York offices for the past three years. In fact, the cartridge prints over 12,000 pages. I sincerely believe the print quality is clearer than MFG brand. Great quality and great service.

I just put this cartridge in last week and after 5 prints my printer didn't recognize it so I put my old LD Products cartridge in to print. I swapped two cartridges back and forth because this cartridge only prints about 5 prints and keeps repeating the "No toner cartridge installed" error. I think you get what you pay for =(

Received as a backup (e.g. always have 1 backup.) - Leaves toner smudges on the side of the paper and makes a strange noise. Because we received it so long ago, I can't return, exchange or refund.

There are 61% left in the cartridge and now large streaks are visible on every printout. The 1-year warranty has expired, so money wasted. I've tried everything from different papers, drum cleaning, shaking to prayer. Will not solve the problem! I would suggest buying a different brand. Based on other reviews these cartridges are 50/50 at best. I wish I had read the reviews a little more carefully.

This is acceptable for printed text, but when printing graphics, including photos and decorative flourishes, the output appears with lines and variations that do not look professional. This might be acceptable for everyday home and office use, but I wouldn't recommend it for formal business use.

The cartridge is leaking so we either have stains on everything that comes out of the printer or we have to keep taking it out of the machine to seal it and the inside of the machine to clean. . Maybe we just got a bad one. If it didn't leak it would be fine. UPDATE: The manufacturer was very kind and sent a replacement cartridge and a return label for the leaking cartridge. The new cartridge works very well. Prints cleanly with no smudges.
