Cheaply made in my opinion

My son was so excited to receive them. It took a long time to load at first. When we first charged them, only one boot remained charged. The second time I had to wiggle the cord to charge it. He was already wearing them, so I couldn't go back. The buckle broke the third time I put it on. They are very cheaply made and I am disappointed.
